I listed my practice for sale with Randy Carsch early this year and we completed the sale this week. Randy did a masterful job of handling the sale AND handling me. On several occasions I was ready to move on beyond the negotiations when they became too arduous. Randy held in there, reached compromises, and MADE the deal work.
