Many of the items to consider in evaluating the sale price of a veterinary clinic were made easier by having a third party point out those items and show how they may be considered both from the point of view of the seller, as well as the purchaser. When we contacted Randy to help us navigate the possibility of selling, to arriving at a value, and to make sure that we got the absolute best deal possible, was because we used a broker. There is no telling the money that would have been left on the table without his help. I can tell you that I needed an exit strategy, and when we decided to sell, our lives got busy. Randy will ask a million questions and at times you will be uncomfortable answering these, but in the end, it is worth it. My life is much better post-selling. I get up and go to work at the same time and work just as hard post-sale as pre-sale.
