Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science in 2000, Dr. Janacek’s dedication to the veterinary field led her to earn a DVM in 2004 and an MBA in 2005. Her early career as a mixed animal practitioner faced an unexpected twist when a total shoulder replacement redirected her path. Undeterred, she transitioned to small animal practice and steered a practice to success in the vibrant Houston area.

Life’s challenges became the catalyst for Dr. Janacek’s transformative shift. A tumultuous year, marked by personal losses and a NICU experience with her youngest child, fueled her dedication to enhancing the well-being of veterinarians. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, she discovered her true calling in professional coaching and business consulting.
