Our Clients Can Do the Talking for Us
Every veterinary client practice is different with unique needs and challenges. Veterinary Sales & Consulting’s team strives to clearly understand each practice fully and to pursue the optimal and desired solution that, in the end, serves our clients the best.

I listed my practice for sale with Randy Carsch early this year and we completed the sale this week. Randy did a masterful job of handling the sale AND handling me. On several occasions I was ready to move on beyond the negotiations when they became too arduous. Randy held in there, reached compromises, and MADE the deal work. I am grateful to him for his persistence and efforts. I wanted to share both pieces of information with you--the sale and the great job Randy did for me.

We recently sold our practice and Dr. Carsch was a tremendous help. I think that we can remember points in our lives that a decision that was reached was a really awesome decision. When we contacted Randy to help us navigate the possibility of selling, to arriving at a value, and to make sure that we got the absolute best deal possible, was because we used a broker. There is no telling the money that would have been left on the table without his help. I can tell you that I needed an exit strategy, and when we decided to sell, our lives got busy. Randy will ask a million questions and at times you will be uncomfortable answering these, but in the end, it is worth it. My life is much better post-selling. I get up and go to work at the same time and work just as hard post-sale as pre-sale. We also used a financial planner/advisor to help us navigate the taxes etc, and many times we met virtually as a group or sat around a table hammering out the details

My dream of eighteen months became a reality and I was able to relocate back to my hometown in East Texas after selling my veterinary practice in Krum, Texas. This dream was only realized due to the help of Randy Carsch, DVM and the company he works with, AVC Success. After toiling on my own for about nine months trying to sell my practice, I had become increasingly frustrated.

I sold my practice in Denton, TX recently; Dr. Carsch was extremely important in this process. He knows the ins & outs of practice sale, the problems that can crop up, the association with a person that might want to buy the practice & the financial assistance from banks that will make the sale final. Any Veterinarian wanting advice on practice sale should engage Dr. Carsch.

Read how we have helped other veterinary practice clients to develop and implement proven business systems to enhance doctor production, establish medical protocols, “get gold” out of their practice management software ( PMS ), and support their veterinarian, manager, and office staff to enjoy a team-effort approach to growing the vet practice. [We saw] improved staff morale, increased client visits.

Like most owner veterinarians, I had set prices in an arbitrary way, with some vague idea of what the procedure was worth…This improved pricing system has been profitable and gives [us] a clear way to explain costs to clients.

[We are now] set up with an employee review process, new forms, internal marketing, pricing and fee structure, and…standardized estimates. This has resulted in increasing my ACT over 45%, allowing me to hire an associate 2 days a week.

Since Dr. Carsch has been assisting us, I find more clients say “Yes” to recommended treatment plans rather than I’ll think about it.

We had Dr. Randy Carsch come into our practice yesterday for an analysis. We had sent him our practice info and he met with use for over 2 hours yesterday and I was very impressed and feel it was definitely worth money. After talking with the staff, he showed us some things that we were not doing and some things we could do better. He also gave me some information on what I need to do.
