  • Dr. Randy Carsch received his DVM from Texas A&M. In addition to having been a successful veterinary practice owner and owner of multiple hospitals, Dr. Carsch has combined his knowledge of veterinary medicine with business management expertise to help other practices grow.

    His strength is finding the “potential growth” in a practice and converting that potential into additional dollars resulting in significantly improved financials.

    In 1984, Dr. Carsch purchased his first clinic in the Pacific Northwest for $76,000. He sold it 14 years later for more than $1 million in cash. He went on to merge another practice and start a third from scratch.

    Today, Dr. Carsch continues to provide sales, appraisals, valuations and increased profitability to veterinary hospitals and veterinary clinics throughout Texas.
  • Matt Evans is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin & Illinois as well as an experienced Transition Consultant across 10 States. Over the years Matt has been fortunate to work with doctors and healthcare professionals to evaluate their real estate needs. Helping professional’s startup their practice, lease space, buy real estate, build their dream practice, or sell their practice. As an industry expert in the Veterinary industry, he has had exposure of educating doctors at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium, Western Veterinary Conference, Lone Star Vet Academy, and many other continuing education events
  • Angie Lane is the newest Veterinary Practice Transition Specialist to the Veterinary Sales & Consulting team. She has over 20 years of experience in various roles including Veterinary Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions in the corporate setting, Capital Equipment Sales, Reference Lab, Medical and Pharmaceutical Sales, and Management. Over the years, Angie has had the opportunity to work with 100’s of clinics and owners in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, and New Mexico markets. As a valuable asset in the Veterinary Industry, Angie is ALL IN! She is excited to get to know you, your clinics, and learn what your goals are and how Veterinary Sales & Consulting (VSC) can help you reach them.     Tricia Ingram is a professional in the veterinary sales and consulting industry and has worked alongside Dr. Randy Carsch for more than 8 years. She took some time off to raise her 2 boys but, before joining Vet Sales and Consulting, Tricia worked for Burns Veterinary Supply for 13 years doing credit and collections, sales, and sales management.
